Heron’s Perch

is a spacious room with a large picture window that overlooks the garden below. In the summertime, a canopy of foliage filters streaming light from the setting sun. A palatial bathroom features a separate shower and soaking tub, as well as an enclosed water closet. Heron’s Perch has Grandma Bertha’s foldout desk, which is perfect for those who travel with a laptop. Her lovely settee and rocking chair create a sweet little sitting area. This room has a flat screen TV with streaming Netflix and a small selection of CDs. There is a new queen bed with oversized lamps that were once in Grandma’s living room and are ideal for late night reading.

$90 weekdays / $110 weekends (November – May)

Dove’s Perch

is wrapped in a soothing lavender color and furnished with Great Uncle Everett’s bedroom set. Uncle Everett loved to take photos and a sampling of the images he captured, along with his old Brownie camera, are on display. Dove’s Perch has a comfortable queen bed with a memory foam top for a wonderfully restful sleep. Dove’s Perch and Finch’s Perch share a bathroom with a shower and tub combination. A well-lit vanity has drawer space appointed to each room for personal toiletries.

Sparrow’s Perch

sits over the southeast corner so is drenched in a warm glow of morning sun. A small collection of Grandma Bertha’s hats and purses are displayed above her oak vanity and her favorite reading chair sits under the windows. Finch’s Perch has a queen-sized bed with support foam that gently contours the body for a terrific night of sleep. Sparrow’s Perch and Dove’s Perch share a bathroom with a shower and tub combination. A well-lit vanity has drawer space appointed to each room for personal toiletries.
